All custom graphics, artwork, original code, animations, sound effects, brand assets, and interface designs are the intellectual property of the developers of Lucky Charm, protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from the application without prior written consent.

3. Cultural & Folklore Heritage Disclaimer

Lucky Charm draws artistic inspiration from sacred traditions, world folklore, and historic good-luck talismans (such as Omamori, Nazar, Hamsa, Nimbu-Mirchi, and Daruma). The blessings, fortune quotes, and charms provided in the app are meant to foster positivity, mindful reflection, and aesthetic delight. They are not intended as substitutes for professional, medical, financial, or legal counsel.

4. System Permissions & Overlay Usage

Lucky Charm utilizes Android's SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission to draw the decorative floating charm above your screen. You have full discretion to enable, disable, or adjust the overlay at any time via in-app toggles or device system settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every custom Android ROM or hardware configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers of Lucky Charm be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the application.
